Why I am blogging

For the past three years, I've been working full-time and going to business school, which allowed me just enough time to keep a daily (pre-dawn) running schedule, but not enough time to cook, bake, and explore new workout routines.  Now that I'm done with school, I have more time to do what I really love: experimenting in the kitchen, trying new restaurants, and also getting fresh air running, hiking, and biking.  And I want to share the winning experiments with you!
