BBQ chicken pizza

I took a stab at making pizza dough with sweet potato tonight. And topped it with BBQ chicken, red onions and cilantro. This is a very healthy and hearty pizza!
Crust Ingredients:
-1 cup plus 1/4 cup wheat flour
-1 large yam (or 2 smaller yams)
-1 large egg plus 1 egg white
-1.5 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1/4 tsp paprika

Topping Ingredients:
-4 tbsp BBQ sauce
-2 medium-sized chicken breasts
-1/4 cup chopped cilantro
-1/4 red onion, diced
-cheese (if you like cheese)
I pre-heated the oven to 375 degrees. Then I cut up my extra large yam and microwaved it in a bowl with some water at the bottom and saran wrap covering the top. I'd normally boil the potato chunks to soften them up, but I was too impatient for the boiling process tonight. 5 minutes in the microwave on high made the chunks soft enough for me to mash.
After mashing completely, add all other crust ingredients to the bowl and mix very well.
You'll get this lovely ball of dough that you can then spread out on a baking pan.
Cover the pan with cooking spray before spreading out the dough. I used a spatula to get the dough even.
Next give it 20 minutes in the 375 degree oven.
Get out your BBQ sauce (mine was Mickey BBQ sauce), cut your chicken breasts into small pieces, and brown them in a pan with approx 2 tbsp of the sauce.
Then chop up the onion and cilantro.
Once your toppings are ready and your dough's finished baking, add an even layer of 2 tbsp's BBQ sauce on the baked pizza. Put the toppings on top. Add cheese (if you're not cheese-averse like I am) and bake the pizza for about 5 more minutes.
Then slice and enjoy!
Here's a side-view to give you a sense of the crust's thickness. The sweet potato and whole wheat flour make this crust so filling, the spices make it so flavorful, and the BBQ topping is the icing on the cake (err pizza)!
